Perceptor honours all manufacturer's warranties.

Shipping:

Shipping and insurance is not normally included in the advertised price for items that are ordered via telephone, email or standard mail. Orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS.

Return Policy:

Items that are not in stock orany special orders require a minimum 15% down payment. Cancelled orders are also subject to a 20% restocking fee, if the order has been

shipped by the manufacturer or the manufacturer has engaged in the manufacturing process to make a special order. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP any product back to Perceptor without calling first and requesting an RMA number.

Previously Owned Equipment:

Perceptor does not typically offer trade-ins on used astronomy equipment. We will sell quality products on consignment if requested. Although we give previously owned equipment a thorough examination, we do not star test scopes or offer any warranties, unless they are still covered by a transferable manufacturer's warranty.

Please Note:

Many pieces of Previously Owned Equipment are never listed because they are sold immediately to customers who have given us their "wish lists". If you would like us to notify you when a specific item becomes available, just let us know.
